Game Coverage Package

This package, which includes $200 worth of Game Coupons (five (5) $40 Game Coupons), secures photographic coverage of your sports event. It includes our time at the event, editing the images and posting them to a public gallery on our website. The Game Coupons included in this package may be used to purchase prints, downloads, packages or other products using the images of the game covered (see details below). These coupons are a great way to share the cost of covering the game and allow others (team parents, coaches, family, etc.) to enjoy a great discount. If for some reason we are not able to cover the event, the Game Coverage Package fee will be refunded in full. Travel over 30 minutes one-way (from Tiburon, CA.) is charged at $50 per hour.

Game Coupon Details:

Each Game Coverage Package includes five (5) Game Coupons worth $40 each
One Game Coupon per order. Multiple Game Coupons cannot be used for one order. If you would like to combine multiple coupons for an order please contact us at [email protected]
Each Game Coupon reduces the Shopping Cart up to $40 (shipping and taxes excluded). If the Shopping Cart is less than $40, the remainder of the Game Coupon is forfeited and cannot be used on another order
Game Coupons expire after 30 days
Game Coupons may be used to purchase prints, downloads, packages or other products
Game Coupons are not valid for Custom Posters, Coach Photo Books or Personalized Sport Photo Books

How to order and pay for the Game Coverage Package of your sports event:

Fill out the Game Coverage Form or call 415-889-4220 to give us the details of the event
Assuming we are available for the given date and time, we’ll send you an email with a link to PayPal. PayPal allows you to pay with either a major credit card or with your PayPal account if you already have one. You pay no fees for this. Using PayPal, send $200 for a Game Coverage Package to [email protected] selecting "This is a purchase of: Services"

After covering the event:

We’ll post the images to a public gallery on our website and email you a link to the images for you to enjoy and share. It normally takes from 1-3 days to edit and post the images after an event
We’ll send you an email to provide you with the five (5) Game Coupon codes worth $40 each
