I've been a photographer since high school in Bellevue, Washington. From my early days of photographing the homeless at the Seattle Pike Place Market to the football players of the University of Washington I have always strived to capture images that tell a story. Photography to me represents the ability to capture a moment, a feeling, a special memory that can be valued for generations. Without photography, those moments are gone forever.
I’ve lived in the San Francisco Bay Area since 1977 except for a year and a half in Wiesbaden, Germany. My wife Laura and son Max are a reminder to me of what is really important in life.
